Our Terms and Conditions are in compliance with Swedish law and any disputes fall under Swedish jurisdiction. To order from our webshop you must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian permission.
We cannot guarantee that this website/webshop will be free from typos, specifications error, errors in prices, fault in measurements, images to be correct or any other erroneous content.
We cannot guarantee that all products that appear on the site or in the webshop are in stock or even for sale. You will be notified however this is the case by email as soon as we received your order.
We cannot guarantee that an image on the site/webshop accurately reflects a product’s actual colors or size. Depending on your computer or monitor settings, colours may vary.
We reserve the right to deny any purchases at our own discretion.
CURRENCY & PRICES
All prices on the website/webshop are shown in SEK (Swedish Kronor). If prices are shown in other currency’s they are converted from SEK and are only an estimate. This means that the other currency price-estimates than SEK will vary according to the current exchange rates. Your order will always be charged in SEK and your bank will convert it to your currency using their own exchange rates.
Note: All products on the website/webshop will be charged in SEK (Swedish currency).
VAT & TAXES
For shipping destinations within the EU, Swedish VAT of 25% is included.
For all other destinations the prices shown are not including VAT, taxes, duties or other surcharges involved in imports to your specific country. Please consult your country’s customs or other proper authorities for information regarding this.
We accept payment by major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard. We also accept bank payments on the internet from major Swedish banks: Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB and Nordea.
We follow Swedish law and on completing a purchase your credit card will be authorized for the full amount of the order.
To make your purchase as safe as possible, your credit card transactions will be performed by payzon and all information is sent via a secure connection and your card details cannot be read by outsiders.
In the case of a return the purchase amount will be transferred back to your credit card.
You must always enter your credit card details for each visit and purchase with us as we do not save this type of information.
When we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation via email. The confirmation is sent within 24 hours, if you have not received it within that period send an email to email@example.com.
We ship worldwide and a flat-rate shipping cost will be added to your order and displayed at checkout.
All orders are processed and sent from our office in Helsingborg, Sweden and are shipped by the Swedish Postal Service; PostenAB within and outside Sweden. Shipping costs will be added to your order and displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs can wary depending on the objects size and weight. This means that some orders only can be made after an request sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. This is mainly the case when you by bigger object such as paintings and other art objects.

Our delivery time Guidelines
Our main goal is to deliver your product within 2 weeks. However some products such as: jewellery made of gold and gemstones are made after your order and depending on the amount of work on the product and the amount of orders in the workshop, the time of shipping can be as long as 4-8 weeks.
Deliveries inside the EU countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that VAT (Swedish 25 %) is included in the price.
Deliveries outside the EU are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis meaning that VAT, taxes, duties or other surcharges involved in imports to your specific country may apply. Please consult your country’s customs or other proper authorities for such information.
Under no circumstances will we label shipments as “gifts” or downgrade the value on the items.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS & FAULTS
We follow the Swedish consumer legislation which means that you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you received the product. We will repay the total purchase amount and the original shipping cost, but you are responsible for the return shipping. (Note that we are unable to repay any VAT or taxes etc. on shipments outside the EU).
The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused and undamaged. All labels, price tags etc. must remain attached to the product. If the product came inside a silk/fabric bag, this must also be returned as it is considered part of the product. This also applies on boxes and other packaging. Items that are lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for.
If you wish to exchange an product this can be done within the 14 day period from delivery. Please contact us before you return the product, so that we can guarantee that the product is in stock. Return shipping is at your expense and note that for returns outside of the EU additional taxes and duties may apply again.
Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or when an manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. This does not include damage from normal use over time. If you believe you have received faulty goods you must contact us with information/documentation describing the fault before sending the product so that we can approve your complaint. If the complaint is approved, we will send you a similar non-faulty product as soon as we have received the faulty product. The cost of return shipping will be repaid to you on presentation of proof of postage. If the faulty product returned is not in stock, you will be repaid the full purchase amount. Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for. Note that for customers outside the EU, VAT and other import expenses are not covered.
Malin Ljung shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including earthquake, storm, fire, flood, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection hostilities (whether war is declared or not), military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist, government sanction, blockage, embargo, activities, nationalization, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity, telephone or internet services.
If Malin Ljung us Force Majeure as an excuse, Malin Ljung shall have the burden of proving that reasonable steps(under the circumstances) were taken to minimize the delay or damages caused by foreseeable events, that all non-excused obligations were substantially fulfilled, and that the customer was notified inside the normal time limit of the likelihood or actual occurrence which would justify such an assertion, so that other prudent precautions could be contemplated.
